Jodi Coppens
has a reputation as a dynamic and effective accounting software
consultant and trainer. She's spent most of her career in
corporate accounting, most recently as the CFO of a $15 million
distribution company providing goods and services to the lodging
industry.
6 years ago she felt she wanted to use her skills and experience
to help more than one company, so she founded AdvantEdge Accounting
Solutions. With her extensive background in analysis and
financials, she is able to laser focus on the "bottom" line and
unravel the mysteries of accounting AND technology to assist small
to mid-size companies with their "real-world" accounting software,
procedural and training needs.
Technically trained as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and MAS 90/200
Authorized Partner , she can analyze a company's accounting
software needs, recommend a solution that can be customized to fit
their business and then provide training on how to use the software.
Mary Giles joined AdvantEdge Accounting Solutions in April 2007, after 5 years as the Full Charge Bookkeeper and Office Manager of The Associates Real Estate in Carlsbad, where she utilized QuickBooks to run the financial aspects of the business. Before that, she managed the office, schedules and workshops, and used QuickBooks to do the bookkeeping for the North County Economic Development Council.
Certified as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Mary will be working with our clients on-site and remotely in a variety of capacities; including basic QuickBooks training and support as well as review and editing of bookkeeping work, reconciling, etc.
